• Contact information: Phone number and preferred contact method when you submit a care request.
• Provider information: Business name, service types, city, county, languages spoken, and insurance information for providers who register on the platform.
• Usage data: Pages visited, search queries, and interaction patterns to improve the platform experience.

We do not collect clinical or diagnostic information. Family contact information is never displayed publicly. Provider home addresses are never stored.

How We Use Your Information

• To connect families with relevant care providers based on service needs and location.
• To allow providers to manage their profiles and receive inquiries from families.
• To send transactional emails such as submission confirmations, match notifications, and account updates.
• To improve the platform through aggregated, anonymized analytics.
• To ensure the safety and integrity of the platform through moderation and audit logging.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Provider-to-family matching: When a family submits a care request, relevant details are shared with matched providers to facilitate connection.
• Service providers: We use third-party services for email delivery (Resend), hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), and analytics. These providers process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or government regulation.

Cookies

PathBright uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We also use analytics cookies to understand how the platform is used. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent you from signing in or using authenticated features.

Data Retention

We retain your account information and submission data for as long as your account is active. Provider profiles remain visible while the provider account is active. If you request account deletion, we will deactivate your account and remove personally identifiable information within 30 days. Some records may be retained in anonymized form for audit and compliance purposes.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your account and personal data.

Children's Privacy

PathBright does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The platform is designed for use by parents, guardians, and care providers. We do not collect child names or ages through our intake forms.
